Noah Weber, CSW believes meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. He works collaboratively with clients to help them navigate challenges, build practical coping skills, and reconnect with what matters most in their lives. Noah strives to create a nonjudgmental space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen resilience, and move toward lasting growth.
Noah works with individuals ages 10 and older, with particular experience supporting adolescent boys and young adults. He has experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, ADHD, grief and loss, and faith transitions or uncertainty.
His approach draws from CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Therapy, and Attachment-Based Therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. Clients often appreciate Noah’s calm, approachable style and his focus on helping people feel capable of meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, Noah enjoys fishing, backpacking, cooking, reading, board games, and spending meaningful time with others. He values connection and believes healing often begins through supportive relationships and self-understanding.
