Brittany is passionate about helping children, teens, and families navigate ADHD, anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, executive functioning difficulties, and life transitions. She creates a safe, supportive, and playful environment where young clients can build confidence, strengthen coping skills, process emotions, and improve communication.

Brittany believes growth happens through feeling safe, understood, and empowered. Using play-based, relational, and evidence-informed approaches, she tailors therapy to meet each child and family’s unique needs. She has received extensive training in play therapy, EMDR, Theraplay, and other developmentally appropriate treatment modalities. Her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) application is currently pending.

When Brittany is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, being at the baseball field, being outdoors, and creating helpful resources for kids and parents.
