About the Group

An invitation to slow down and feel at home in yourself

This four-week group is an invitation for women to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it means to feel more at home in themselves.

Through guided mindfulness, body awareness, experiential practices, and meaningful connection with other women, we will explore how to build a kinder relationship with ourselves, reconnect with pleasure and enjoyment, and make more space for what nourishes us.

For women who want to

  • Feel more connected to their body and inner experience
  • Be kinder to themselves
  • Explore pleasure, joy, and what feels good
  • Understand and honor their needs and desires
  • Build a greater sense of presence, self-trust, and belonging
