postpartum depression you are not alone

A cow herd runs away from an oncoming storm, delaying relief from the rain. Buffalos run toward and through storms, facing the weather head on and finding clear skies sooner. Simply choosing to look for a therapist is the first step in learning to run toward your storms, face challenges head on, and become the person you want to be.

I am genuinely interested in the whole picture of you, not just your symptoms. Clients tell me they feel deeply seen and gently challenged in ways they didn’t expect. I work with adults and adolescents (ages 12+) and am especially keen on navigating low self-esteem, life transitions, relationship patterns, body image, anxiety, and depression.

I am a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with a BSW from BYU–Hawaii and an MSW from the University of Kentucky. I’ve worked across residential, school-based, community mental health, and outpatient settings. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with specialized training in eating disorders.

I am a Utah native and believe in living with intention and doing hard things on purpose — whether that’s on a trail, in the mountains, or in a clinical setting. That philosophy carries into how I practice.

Most people are closer to the life they want than they realize. Sometimes you just need someone to help you close the gap.
