By learning to understand present emotions, Jeremiah has found that these emotions guide the direction that therapy needs to go in order to achieve healing from the past and flourishing in the present. He utilizes EMDR, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Self-Compassion, and other modalities to tailor an approach to therapy that fits each client’s needs.
