Military struggles and therapy

Rowan believes that most people already have the roots of change within them. His role as a therapist is to provide a collaborative, supportive space where clients can better understand what’s keeping them stuck, explore their challenges, and find effective solutions that feel right for them.

Rowan works with adults navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, unwanted pornography use, and military-related concerns. His primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while also drawing from ACT, DBT, CPT, and Motivational Interviewing. He values evidence-based therapy and works to provide clients with practical strategies grounded in current research.

Outside of therapy, Rowan enjoys hiking, camping, backpacking, kayaking, sketching, and stargazing. He also practices mixed martial arts, enjoys sci-fi and fantasy, plays video games and Dungeons & Dragons, and loves learning about linguistics, archaeology, and ancient history. Rowan believes that finding a therapist you genuinely connect with matters, and strives to create a space where clients feel respected, understood, and actively involved in the process.
