I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples and individuals seeking deeper connection, authenticity, and more fulfilling relationships. I specialize in sex therapy, with a particular focus on infertility and intimacy, and I am passionate about helping couples rediscover meaningful, playful, and emotionally safe connection—both in and out of the bedroom. My work emphasizes practical, evidence-based tools that support lasting intimacyand resilience over time.

I work with concerns including sexual dysfunction, unwanted pornography use, desire discrepancies, infertility, relationship distress, anxiety and depression, self-esteem and body image, faith transitions and deconstruction, and major life changes. I am affirming and enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients and others navigating complex relational and identity experiences.

My approach is shaped by both clinical training and lived experience. Therapy helped me build a life I truly love through divorce and remarriage, infertility, postpartum depression, co-parenting, and parenting neurodivergent and medically complex children. These experiences allow me to show up as a grounded, compassionate therapist with real-world understanding. I strive to offer a safe, affirming space for all clients, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, survivors of sexual and domestic violence, and those navigating faith transitions.

“Vulnerability sounds like truth and feels like courage. Truth and courage aren’t always comfortable, but they’re never weakness.”
