Alexis believes therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and figure out what comes next. Life doesn’t always follow the path we expected, and she enjoys helping people navigate those moments with curiosity, honesty, and compassion.

She works with individuals and couples navigating trauma, religious transitions, life transitions, intimacy and relationship concerns, and LGBTQIA+ experiences. Drawing from ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Alexis helps clients better understand their thoughts and patterns, identify what matters most to them, and take meaningful steps forward. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients can be honest about where they are without feeling like they need to have everything figured out.

Outside of therapy, Alexis loves spending time with her family, playing card games, camping, swimming, hiking, and walking her dog. She also enjoys slowing down with a good movie or reading a love story.

“Therapy is a gift. It is a chance to finally be heard, understood, and supported.”
