From Utah Valley University: Head west on University Parkway for 1.2 miles, then turn left onto Therapy Way. We are the second building on the right.Parking & Access:

- Do you accept my insurance?We currently accept United Healthcare, Select Health, EMI, DMBA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, PEHP, Cigna, and Aetna in our Orem and Logan, Utah offices. Contact us to verify coverage.
- How much does it cost?Our cash pay rate is currently $175 for the intake session and then $150 per session after that. Insurance and out-of-network (OON) insurance is billed at $170 per session. Co-pays and deductibles are determined by your insurance company. Please reach out to your insurance to determine what your payments may look like.
- What does a typical session look like?In a typical session, you can expect your therapist to explore current issues you’re facing and how they relate to the reason you came to therapy. From there, they will work with you to gain new perspectives, learn new skills, develop self-compassion, and build a road map forward. Often you’ll leave the session with a clear idea of how you can make strides forward before your next session.
- How long does therapy take?
The average client attends therapy for 8-12 weeks. However, therapy is highly individualized, and each person has their own pace, barriers, and complexity. If the length of therapy is a concern for you, please feel free to reach out and discuss it with a therapist.
- How do I know if my therapist is a good fit?Making sure you and your therapist are a good match is essential to the success of your therapy journey. To ensure that you have the best therapist for your needs, we offer a free 15-minute consultation call with any of our therapists. Schedule one today!
- What does private coaching look like?We work closely with individuals either wanting to start their own private practice or wanting some support as they run their own private practice. We walk along side you to identify your goals, address any areas where you may be struggling and provide support along the way.
- Where is your office located?Our Orem location is located 520 E. 770 N. in the Heart of Utah County, in the Stratford Business Park. You will find us in the South entrance of Deans Insurance Building. Our Logan office is located at 75 W 100 S, Suite 100, in downtown Logan, just west of The Ellen Eccles Theatre on Main Street. We’re easily accessible with parking next to the building and nearby public transit options.
